About the Role

The Senior UX Researcher will conduct user experience research to guide app development, collaborating with design teams and leading research initiatives. The role is based in Beaverton, OR, with a hybrid work arrangement, and involves transforming insights into strategic recommendations while staying updated on consumer trends and research practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct UX research studies to guide app development
Utilize diverse research methods like interviews, surveys, and user tests
Collaborate with designers to prototype and refine app features
Lead both internal and external research initiatives
Transform insights into strategic recommendations
Stay updated on consumer trends and past research

Requirements

Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
5+ years of UX research experience in product development
Proficient in research processes and conducting fieldwork
Experience with mobile apps and wearable technology
Strong communication and storytelling abilities
Familiarity with Figma, Dscout, UserTesting.com, and survey tools
