This role combines expertise in Voice of Customer (VOC) research and User Experience (UX) design to drive customer-centric innovation and experience improvements. They will conduct customer research initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and influence strategic decisions. Responsibilities include managing VOC platforms like Qualtrics and Quantum Metric, integrating customer feedback with operational data using advanced techniques such as generative AI, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams. On the UX side, the role involves delivering high-quality UI designs, defining UX requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and supporting usability and A/B testing to continuously refine the user experience. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting design work and research findings to stakeholders.
