About the Role

The Senior Vice President, Marketing Solutions Global Product Pillar Lead, Insights, Platforms & Innovation at TransUnion is responsible for driving the growth of the company's Marketing Solutions business through product innovation and strategic leadership. This role involves developing and executing a global strategy for Insights, Platforms, and Integrations, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance product offerings and market position. The position reports to the EVP of Marketing Solutions and is global in scope, emphasizing innovation, strategic planning, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the three-year product roadmap plan for Insights, Platforms, & Integrations.
  • Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine the product roadmap.
  • Represent TransUnion as a thought leader and industry expert at industry conferences and in media.
  • Develop product concepts leveraging internal and external customer feedback and market insights.
  • Define global products with consideration for regional localization needs.
  • Identify partnership needs and vendors to deliver additional partnerships, integrations, or data needs.
  • Prioritize data investments and product development roadmaps based on input from vertical leaders and sales teams.
  • Drive localization efforts based on the global product plan and ensure local product alignment.
  • Lead teams of global product managers and strategists to execute on strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Asset Management, Global Technology, Business Operations, and regional teams to define and execute overarching strategies.
  • Evaluate and execute partnership and M&A opportunities, managing key partner relationships.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in marketing, advertising technology, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering value.
  • Progressively responsible experience in product management and innovation.
  • Strong background in risk management.
  • Executive management and leadership experience in building and growing global teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies for major organizational initiatives.
  • Ability to track, prioritize, and manage product development lifecycle, including migration, integration, and retirement within regions.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and translating that into improved experiences.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Proven senior product leadership in Insights, Data Connections, and Media Integrations.
  • Experience working with media platforms, publishers, and advertisers.
  • Knowledge of global marketing landscape, privacy, compliance, and data regulations.
  • Experience assessing marketplace partnerships and managing key relationships.
  • Ability to develop and deliver product roadmaps for data and technical solutions in a B2B environment.
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking with a positive attitude.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or other Master's degree highly desired.
  • Experience working with less defined, whitespace opportunities.
  • Experience in M&A evaluation and execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline.
