Job Description

About the Role

HCHB is entering an exciting phase of product expansion and market evolution. To support this growth and position us for continued leadership in the home-based care market, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing function with a strong emphasis on Product Marketing excellence. As SVP of Marketing, you will serve as a key strategic leader, overseeing the full spectrum of HCHB's marketing initiatives—from brand positioning and market strategy to demand generation, product marketing, PR, and sales enablement. You will play a pivotal role in building awareness of our brand, articulating our value to buyers, and accelerating business growth. Your leadership will directly influence how the market sees our company, how we show up in buyer journeys, and how effectively we enable our teams to sell and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overarching marketing strategy, aligning with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Guide strategic investment in awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and brand development initiatives.
  • Own the marketing funnel—from brand awareness to pipeline contribution—ensuring measurable growth at each stage.
  • Provide executive leadership and vision to a cross-functional marketing team, fostering a culture of performance, creativity, and accountability.
  • Ensure exceptional execution in product positioning, messaging, persona development, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Product and Sales by driving cross-functional alignment for product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product and Commercial leadership.
  • Own lead generation and pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, digital marketing, webinars, and event strategies.
  • Partner with Sales to define marketing-sourced pipeline goals and execute programs that deliver high-quality leads and accelerate conversions.
  • Lead the development of high-impact content including sales collateral, thought leadership, product guides, case studies, and more.
  • Oversee brand messaging and external communications including public relations, analyst relations, and media engagements.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure teams are equipped with the tools, messaging, and content needed to win deals.
  • Continuously improve enablement strategies to support evolving buyer journeys and competitive dynamics.
  • Build a culture of measurement and continuous improvement by defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack to ensure scalable, data-driven execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in product marketing and 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in healthcare technology, ideally in a SaaS environment serving providers or payer markets; post-acute care experience a plus.
  • Strong track record of driving demand, launching products, and owning positioning in complex B2B markets.
  • Deep expertise in product marketing fundamentals including messaging frameworks, go-to-market planning, competitive intelligence, and persona-driven strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams while remaining a hands-on contributor.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, marketing automation, analytics platforms).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare SaaS environments serving providers or payer markets.
  • Post-acute care industry experience.
