The SEO Senior Associate leads SEO campaign engagements, supporting strategic client goals within a hybrid work environment based in Philadelphia or New York.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, execute, and monitor SEO engagements daily to ensure campaign success.
Train and mentor associates on SEO best practices.
Stay current with search engine updates and communicate changes internally and externally.
Organize and manage SEO accounts to align recommendations and measurement with client goals.
Plan recommendation roadmaps for campaign success.
Delegate and prioritize assignments to internal SEO team members.
Maintain performance reports and analyze the success of SEO campaigns.
Attend client status calls and provide follow-up.
Manage SEO deliverables and communicate campaign approach, program details, and success metrics.
Deliver and present all SEO documentation and recommendations to clients in a customized manner.

Requirements

2-4 years of direct SEO or digital marketing experience.
Experience customizing communication to the required audience type.
Ability to take initial direction and transition to a more independent work style with oversight.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
