SEO Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Helium 10, and Google Search Console to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Integrate target keywords into website content, meta descriptions, and URL structures to align with user intent and business goals.
• Optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, headers, image alt attributes, and internal links to improve search engine relevance and user experience.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and automation workflows.
• Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical issues such as crawl errors, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement structured data and schema markup to improve search engine indexing and visibility.
• Work with developers to align site architecture with SEO standards and optimize Core Web Vitals.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and maintain a clean backlink profile.
• Partner with the content team to integrate SEO insights into the Content Automation System for scalable, high-quality content.
• Use automation tools to streamline SEO processes and improve efficiency.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google Looker Studio to measure organic performance.
• Build custom trackers and dashboards for detailed reporting and provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings and conversions.

Requirements

• 3 years of combined experience in SEO management within e-commerce or related industries.
• Experience mentoring and training junior staff.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon SellerCentral, Walmart Advertising, SEMrush, Helium 10, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager for implementing tracking setups.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are required.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development for building custom trackers and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and continuously improving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with website development or technical SEO beyond basic knowledge.
• Familiarity with automation tools and content management systems.
