SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct keyword research and mapping for service areas, locations, and targeted customer segments.
• Create and optimize SEO-friendly landing pages, blogs, and service pages in collaboration with the content team.
• Audit site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and speed performance; implement fixes.
• Manage site health, schema markup, metadata, internal linking, and mobile usability.
• Coordinate with web developers to resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.
• Ensure all content is optimized for target keywords and conversion intent.
• Work with marketing to align SEO content with brand voice, campaigns, and MoveView packages.
• Track, analyze, and report on keyword rankings, traffic, conversion metrics, and ROI.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve lead generation.
• Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings across multiple MOFA locations.
• Build strategies to increase visibility in high-income local ZIP codes and competitive markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Familiarity with WordPress and technical SEO implementation.
• Experience in local SEO for multi-location businesses preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with Google Search Console (4 years or more).
