SEO and Website Manager (12M FTC)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of website & SEO performance: Act as the principal owner for all website and organic channel metrics, setting, monitoring, and optimizing performance goals using analytics tools.
• SEO strategy and execution: Maintain and enhance organic performance across keyword rankings, applying SEO best practices to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Web content & experience oversight: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, functions flawlessly on all devices, and supports conversion goals, including reviewing and publishing pages within the CMS.
• Lead innovative efforts around optimizing for large language models and emerging search features, designing and scaling testing frameworks for new technologies.
• Design, execute, and systematize SEO and website experiments, including split-testing layouts, internal linking, and CRO initiatives.
• Support integrated campaigns through keyword research, performance reviews, and SEO recommendations, collaborating with various teams.
• Manage relationships with development agencies and external partners to ensure project alignment with SEO and website goals.
• Deliver regular reports on milestones and performance metrics, using insights to improve strategy and tactics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, including organic search strategy and technical SEO, with a preference for B2B experience.
• CMS proficiency, comfortable making website changes in platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
• Advanced analytics skills, proficient in GA4, GSC, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Ability to conduct competitor and keyword analysis to drive strategic SEO recommendations.
• Experience managing internal and external resources and using project management tools like Monday.com.
• Eagerness to experiment with new SEO tactics, including AI-driven content, site speed optimization, schema automation, and LLM strategies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and educate stakeholders on SEO and website improvements.
