About the Role

The SEO Manager at CSG is a strategic, data-driven role responsible for leading and evolving the company's organic search efforts across global digital properties. The position involves blending technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-powered tools to increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support business growth. The role requires close collaboration with UX, content, analytics, demand generation, and product marketing teams to ensure digital experiences are discoverable, user-focused, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the SEO strategy to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions across global digital properties, aligning with business goals.
Conduct keyword research, content opportunity analysis, and on-page optimization including meta tags, schema, internal linking, and readability.
Drive technical SEO improvements through site audits, Core Web Vitals, architecture enhancements, and page speed optimization.
Leverage AI and automation for SEO workflows, content scaling, competitor analysis, and predictive ranking strategies.
Partner with content, UX, SEM, analytics, development, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices and deliver user-focused assets.
Expand domain authority through strategic link building, off-page optimization, and collaboration with PR/brand teams.
Translate performance data into actionable insights and report on KPIs, ROI, and progress to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or a related field, or the equivalent work experience.
8+ years of SEO experience (technical and content) in B2B SaaS or global tech environments, with proven success in driving measurable impact.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress, and AI-powered SEO platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, website usability, content targeting, and evolving AI/ML search features (e.g., Google SGE).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams (content, design, engineering, brand) and communicate complex SEO concepts clearly.
Excellent project management skills with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a global or remote environment.
Knowledge of AI and automation tools specific to SEO workflows.
Experience with site architecture and technical SEO improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
