About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Digital PR strategies to promote the brand through relevant publications and websites.
• Cultivating high-quality citations and brand mentions via engaging content creation and strategic outreach.
• Monitoring online mentions and social media conversations to track brand sentiment and respond effectively to manage and enhance brand reputation.
• Integrating optimization best practices into digital PR campaigns and content to improve online visibility.
• Using digital analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, measure KPIs, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, content, and SEO to ensure digital PR efforts align with broader marketing and communication objectives.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and digital media best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Applying strong communication skills for crafting compelling content, media outreach, and internal/external communication.
• Applying SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO elements.
• Interpreting data from analytics tools like Google Search Console to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
• Managing digital platforms, content management systems, social media tools, and other relevant technologies.
• Developing and implementing effective digital PR campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Overseeing projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines.
• Handling sensitive situations and managing brand reputation effectively under pressure.

Requirements

• Experience with web research and familiarity with AI engines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
• Analytical skills to interpret data from analytics tools such as Google Search Console.
• Digital proficiency with platforms, content management systems, and social media tools.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities for developing effective digital PR campaigns.
• Relationship building and networking skills with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Project management skills to oversee campaigns from start to finish.
• Crisis management skills to handle sensitive situations and protect brand reputation.
