About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and rankings
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities
• Optimize website architecture, URL structures, metadata, internal linking, and schema markup
• Develop and execute a scalable link-building and outreach program to acquire high-quality backlinks
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Conduct regular SEO audits and provide prioritized, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement SEO best practices during design and deployment
• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions), translating insights into action plans
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategy proactively
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to enhance marketing materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience in a B2B or technical environment
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in organic traffic and keyword ranking
• Deep expertise with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO
• Experience executing technical SEO audits and working closely with developers to resolve issues
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting optimized content recommendations and outreach messages
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for mastering the latest SEO techniques

Nice to Have

• Experience in WordPress development and Rank Math or Yoast SEO plugins
• Familiarity with international SEO and multi-language site structures
• Background in the film, production, or equipment rental industries

Qualifications
