About the Role

The SEO Specialist supports account teams by implementing SEO tactics, developing recommendations, and fostering internal and external relationships to drive client success in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Support Associate SEO Specialists, Sr. SEO Specialists, Associate Directors, and Directors across assigned accounts.
Implement SEO tactics and identify opportunities within portfolios.
Cultivate professional relationships and approach duties with enthusiasm.
Be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of assigned accounts, focusing on client satisfaction and delight.
Serve as the primary contact for account teams and project managers.
Engage with internal partners, clients, and partner agencies directly.
Develop recommendations, execute work, monitor progress, and measure results.
Conduct research, technical SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
Drive SEO strategies and opportunities using up-to-date industry knowledge.
Foster internal and external relationships and contribute to client objectives.

Requirements

1-3 years' marketing or digital marketing experience, with SEO and content strategy experience a plus.
Deep understanding of brand objectives, strategic imperatives, and challenges.
Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and content strategy best practices.
Ability to monitor, track, and report on SEO results effectively.
Advanced skills in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
Ability to understand and/or write HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with analytics and keyword tracking tools such as SEO Monitor, Semrush, and Ahrefs.

Nice to Have

Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
Understanding of how SEO integrates with other marketing channels.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing, preferably 1-3 years.
Knowledge of SEO and content strategy best practices.
Ability to analyze data and interpret insights.
