SEO Specialist - Digital Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the firm's web initiatives including the website, social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and marketing technology to enhance social media presence.
• Work with vendors to maintain the website, ensuring content is consistently updated.
• Keep company message concise and consistent in accordance with the brand.
• Create a creative, fresh approach for social media posts with video.
• Improve SEO of products and increase customer base.
• Learn the CRM system and help train others on its implementation.
• Track leads and implement systems to convert leads to customers.
• Review website analytics such as traffic, bounce rate, and traffic sources.
• Manage distribution of e-blasts.
• Train sales staff on self-promotion.
• Implement video marketing and train others to do the same.
• Coordinate and support company-wide marketing and advertising initiatives and programs.
• Create niche marketing lists from various sources.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Must be a self-starter and proactive.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Marketing and administrative background to support marketing initiatives.
• Ability to work full-time in person; remote applications will not be considered.
