Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-funnel paid media planning and help manage the paid media calendar to ensure all key initiatives and product stories are supported.
  • Partner closely with media agency on the execution of campaigns including trafficking assets, setting up tracking, and targeting plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including e-commerce, brand, and creative to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze and summarize media performance metrics across all channels to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
  • Evaluate data to identify areas of opportunity and support the implementation of the testing calendar to optimize strategies.
  • Assist with media budget management and finances, including invoice receipt, approval, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and reporting, support creative briefing & trafficking, and meet with media partners.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in media buying, managing performance marketing programs, and/or digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels including display, SEM, and social media.
  • Experience working at or with a digital agency and creative teams, utilizing project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for data-driven decision making and creating personalized digital customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing efforts and media performance.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.
  • Curious, proactive problem-solver who is excited to dig into data.
