About the Role

The Smartwool and Icebreaker: Paid Media Coordinator supports the media strategy team in executing full-funnel paid media efforts for both the U.S. and Canada. The role involves collaborating with marketing, creative, e-commerce teams, and external agencies to drive direct-to-consumer revenue and enhance brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-funnel paid media planning and manage the paid media calendar to ensure all key initiatives and product stories are supported.
  • Partner closely with media agencies on campaign execution, including trafficking assets, setting up tracking, and targeting plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as e-commerce, brand, and creative to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze and summarize media performance metrics across all channels to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
  • Evaluate data to identify areas of opportunity and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Brief in creative needs and work with the integrated marketing team to develop and execute digital creative assets.
  • Support the implementation of testing calendars to continually test new creative, tactics, and tools.
  • Assist with media budget management, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Stay informed on media marketplace trends, platform updates, and marketing innovations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in media buying, managing performance marketing programs, or digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including display, SEM, and social media.
  • Experience working with digital agencies and creative teams, utilizing project management tools.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Passion for data-driven decision making and creating personalized digital customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively report on marketing efforts and media performance.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Curious, proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach.
