About the Role

The Digital Marketing team at Feld Entertainment is looking for a creative, energetic, experienced Assistant Manager to join the Ellenton, FL team in support of our digital properties, with a social media and digital marketing focus for our motorsports brands, including Monster Jam and SuperMotocross. This role involves developing and executing strategic social media campaigns, engaging with fan communities, and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance brand presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and help drive success across motorsports platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Work closely with internal teams on the conceptualization and implementation of strategies and campaigns for motorsports brands across digital channels, ensuring integration with global marketing initiatives.
  • Manage strategic content calendars.
  • Leverage writing and creative skills to develop compelling content for social and web use.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and outside agency to develop engaging social content.
  • Work with athletes, drivers, agencies, external brand partners, and internal teams to ideate, launch, and optimize content.
  • Experiment with owned and paid digital media channels.
  • Monitor social media conversations and engage with the community to foster meaningful connections.
  • Track and analyze content and campaign success, providing feedback on KPIs and suggesting improvements.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations for upper management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required in social media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding and interest in the evolving world of social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong business and creative writing and communication skills.
  • Experience working in sports with a league/team is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with Supercross or Motocross is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and their appropriate use.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr), analytics tools, image editing, Google Analytics, and MS Office.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative to complete projects.
  • Dependable, motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Some travel may be required for marquee events.

Nice to Have

  • Photography, graphic design, and video editing skills.
