About the Role

The Creator Social Content Manager - Books is a role focused on leading strategy, sourcing, and execution of creator-driven social content for Books. This position involves engaging with BookTok, Bookstagram, and literary influencers to grow communities through innovative creator partnerships. The role is a 12-month contract based in Culver City, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement, and offers a pay rate of $65/hr (W2) with benefits eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social strategies that drive book discovery and engagement
Source and manage creator relationships to deliver authentic, scalable content
Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with cultural moments and product priorities
Use analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategy

Requirements

5+ years in content strategy, social media, or creator partnerships (books/entertainment/lifestyle a plus)
Strong network of creators and cultural voices
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and project manager
