This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It offers a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency, working directly with mid-market and enterprise clients to create and execute paid media strategies, primarily on LinkedIn, for B2B businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts.
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and work quality.
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network.
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Support internal and client goals in collaboration with the Associate Director.
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
  • Communicate results and create custom strategies for clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and prioritization.
  • Build and maintain client trust and relationships to ensure renewals.
  • Meet and exceed department KPIs such as client growth and goal attainment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
  • Strong understanding of paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to translate strategy into data-driven stories.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive results and measure success via OCT.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client or as needed.

  • Experience with programmatic campaigns.
  • Experience supporting enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of additional advertising platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics.

Qualifications

  • Supported B2B clients in a performance/digital marketing agency for at least 2 years.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and campaign optimization tools.
