Social Media & Community Growth Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow ROXON's social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and schedule short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) — minimum 10 TikToks weekly.
• Identify emerging trends and propose creative content ideas that align with the brand voice.
• Analyze performance data, monitor engagement, and adjust content strategies for better results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, influencer outreach, and UGC content.
• Drive organic growth by engaging with followers and fostering a strong brand community.
• Track weekly KPIs (e.g., achieving 50,000+ weekly views across platforms) and report insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related.
• Hands-on experience with managing social media accounts, content creation, or community building.
• A trend-savvy content creator who understands TikTok/Instagram algorithms and short-form video strategy.
• Strong video editing and creative storytelling skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Active on social media and familiar with viral trends and community engagement techniques.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
