Social Media & Event Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and post engaging content across all firm digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.).
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries/comments in a timely, professional manner.
• Capture and share firm activities, events, and highlights to promote culture and visibility.
• Track analytics to measure and refine social media performance.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of firm events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager to align event objectives with firm goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure smooth event execution and a positive attendee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or event planning.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for building community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or event planning.
