Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own social media execution across brands by writing copy, editing visuals, and publishing content daily across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Maintain and update content calendars for OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator.
• Identify cultural moments and trends, filter them through a family-focused lens, and turn insights into creative opportunities.
• Identify, recruit, and manage UGC, influencer, and affiliate partners, including outreach, contracting, creative briefs, approvals, and campaign launches.
• Track performance and optimize partnerships based on ROI.
• Engage with communities in real time, monitor sentiment, and surface community feedback to internal teams.
• Measure, report, and improve campaign results by analyzing reach, engagement, conversions, and growth, sharing insights with leadership.
• Test new content formats and iterate quickly based on results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer/affiliate marketing, preferably with consumer-facing or mobile app brands.
• Proven ability to write posts, edit short-form videos, source UGC, manage influencer campaigns, and report results.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with examples of engaging content.
• Comfort with design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc., and ability to produce social-ready visuals and videos independently.
• AI-first mentality and openness to leveraging AI tools for content creation and social media management.
• Proficiency in social management and analytics tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Google Analytics, with ability to interpret data.
• Experience managing influencer/affiliate partnerships end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, and ROI reporting.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns and brand voices simultaneously.
• Understanding of families as an audience, with experience creating content that resonates with parents, caregivers, and others supporting children and families.
