Social Media and Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand messaging.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and audience engagement through social listening techniques.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and branding efforts to ensure a cohesive online presence.
• Manage relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to promote brand partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management to continually refine strategies.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
• Experience in content creation, video editing, photography, and graphic design is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
