About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. Experience is not required, but is a plus. We are looking for someone who has the right aesthetic, vision, drive, and is able to take direction and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging content primarily for Instagram and TikTok.
Develop a consistent aesthetic and brand voice that aligns with each concept.
Work closely with ownership and leadership to ensure content reflects business goals.
Capture and edit photo/video content, including food, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Monitor engagement and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Stay current with trends and best practices across social platforms.

Requirements

A strong creative eye and passion for food, wellness, and lifestyle content.
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content creation.
Drive, motivation, and adaptability.
Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and adjust quickly.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic video editing/design skills are a plus.
