About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging content for various platforms including Instagram, Threads & TikTok.
Create engaging content tailored to our target audience that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback through social listening techniques to inform strategy adjustments.
Manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and promote brand initiatives.
Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and adheres to branding guidelines before publication.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to social media engagement.
Experience in creating creative content that is fun, entertaining, and engaging.
Ability to work well with people with a fun and excited personality.
