Job Description

About the Role

The Social Media and Partnership Specialist supports and optimizes social partnerships, events, and digital marketing programs to help achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role involves managing influencers, social media channels, and assisting with content creation, event support, and market research, working closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management and ownership of divisional ambassadors and/or influencers, including finding candidates, vetting, negotiating contracts, and renewing agreements.
  • Manage influencers and field influencer requests via social media.
  • Manage select social channels regarding LIVE postings, stories, and influencer needs.
  • Assist Events Team by attending company-sponsored events and industry shows to provide on-site administrative support.
  • Assist in managing social platforms related to engagement, content creation, or scheduling for all social media channels.
  • Travel to various shows and events as needed.
  • Assist in updating divisional websites and blog posts.
  • Manage the Owners Club and perform the duties of the Owners Club liaison.
  • Support internal and external teams with search engine optimization, digital paid media, and email programs.
  • Assist Content and Communications Manager and Brand Managers with content idea generation and creative writing.
  • Research market trends and implement innovative media campaigns.
  • Develop social listening campaigns and brand analysis around influencers, owners, potential owners, and competitors.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of related prior experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and expertise around current social media trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Ability to occasionally travel between field locations.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with search engine optimization, digital paid media, and email programs.
  • Experience in content creation and creative writing.
  • Knowledge of social listening campaigns and brand analysis.
