Social Media Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help brainstorm and strategize growth ideas, campaigns, and content calendars.
• Create Canva graphics, Reels covers, and social templates that look appealing.
• Keep an eye on trending content on TikTok and Instagram and pitch fresh ideas.
• Assist with email layouts, subject line ideas, and light reporting for campaigns.
• Keep multiple client deliverables organized and meet deadlines.
• Support boutique-related projects such as social posts, graphics, or launches when needed.

Requirements

• Social media obsessed with knowledge of current trends.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a great eye for design.
• Comfortable using Canva; experience with Adobe is a bonus.
• Excited to participate in brainstorming, not just execution.
• Organized enough to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe design tools.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating social posts, graphics, or campaigns.
• Ability to communicate a quick intro about yourself and why you'd be a good fit.
• Availability to start ASAP.
