Key Responsibilities

  • Research and learn about clients' cutting-edge industrial manufacturing techniques and products to understand their customers' interests and needs.
  • Leverage social media tools and site analytics data to conduct client and competitor social media audits.
  • Translate audit findings into clear, actionable strategies and tactics to meet each client's business goals.
  • Plan, create, edit, and manage client text and video social content, ensuring brand adherence and performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies, including creating campaign assets, implementing across platforms, and monitoring performance to optimize results.
  • Monitor activity on clients' social accounts and develop influence marketing campaigns as requested.
  • Track content effectiveness by channel against goals, including views and video retention, and report monthly to clients.
  • Align social media efforts with other digital initiatives to identify opportunities for amplification.
  • Recommend optimization opportunities and evolve strategies based on performance data.
  • Follow emerging social media and video trends to leverage new opportunities for clients.
  • Participate in educational sessions such as webinars, seminars, and conferences to expand social media knowledge and share insights with team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in organic and paid social media marketing functions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, or WordPress.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to stay updated on current marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, social media, and B2B writing best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry knowledge in B2B and/or manufacturing sectors.
  • Agency experience.
  • Certifications in related fields such as Hubspot (Social Media Marketing or Inbound), Google Analytics (GA4), or LinkedIn Marketing Labs are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Hubspot, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Marketing Labs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
