The Social Media Content Specialist is a creative, driven, and digitally savvy professional responsible for crafting compelling content, building online communities, and driving organic growth across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns tailored to brand goals
Create engaging and original content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Monitor trends and leverage insights to optimize performance and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives
Manage and schedule content using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and produce actionable reports
Engage with our online community to strengthen brand voice and loyalty
Maintain consistency in tone and visual identity across all channels

Requirements

3-5 years of proven experience in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences organically
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of major platforms and their unique nuances
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Google Analytics and scheduling tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
