About the Role

High Expectations is a growing small business dedicated to providing high-quality English language education. We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to help us grow our online presence and engage our community through social media. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across our social media platforms. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is passionate about digital communication, eager to learn, and excited to contribute fresh ideas to a small but dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Schedule and publish content consistently to align with our marketing calendar.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement and respond in a professional, brand-appropriate manner.
Assist in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns to promote our services.
Track performance metrics (followers, engagement, reach) and share monthly updates with the team.
Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase visibility and engagement.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Basic graphic design, photo/video editing, or Canva skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
A creative thinker with attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with content scheduling tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing performance monitoring.

Qualifications
