About the Role

We are a growing company based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a strong focus on branding, marketing, and client development. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and professionalism. We are currently seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to help manage our online presence and capture dynamic in-office content that reflects our brand voice and culture. This is an in-office position for someone passionate about social media and branding, responsible for content creation and real-time coverage of meetings and office activities.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and on-brand social media content (graphics, captions, videos, reels, stories, etc.)
Attend and capture real-time photo and video content during team meetings and in-office activities
Edit and schedule posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor trends and suggest creative ways to improve our brand visibility
Assist with managing and updating website content
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging and brand tone
Support with other marketing and branding tasks as needed

Requirements

Prior experience in social media management or content creation (please include portfolio or samples if available)
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current content trends
Ability to take quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera
Familiarity with branding, visual identity, and website management
Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Must be comfortable working on-site during scheduled hours
