Social media coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Clouds' social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with engaging photo, video, and written content.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, menu items, and promotions.
• Capture and edit content at events for live posting and recaps.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest improvements.
• Assist with event planning, promotion, and on-site coordination.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, responding to inquiries, and maintaining marketing materials.
• Research trends and bring creative ideas to grow brand presence.

Requirements

• Available to work 30-40h per week including weekends.
• Experience in social media management, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Basic photography/videography and editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Availability to work some evenings/weekends for event coverage.
• Interest in food, hospitality, and creative event promotion.

Nice to Have

• Theater or public speaking experience is a plus.
