About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the company's online brand presence across various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Research marketing trends and craft original content such as written posts, videos, and photos for social media channels.
• Encourage audience engagement and lead regional social media training sessions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and manage a results-driven social media marketing strategy.
• Maintain national brand standards and social media policies across channels.
• Source and distribute shareable content like thought leadership and promotional news in weekly internal newsletters.
• Attend onsite and offsite events to produce live social media content.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Review analytics and create reports on key social media metrics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a social media calendar and oversee internal digital signage to support regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with B2C social media marketing or content development.
• Strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills, along with social listening abilities.
• Proficiency with photography, photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar), and digital media formats.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to understand current and future trends in digital content and social media.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset, willing to work cross-departmentally.
• Travel flexibility up to 25%.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, journalism, or copywriting.
• Experience using Amplify and SproutSocial.
