Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage compelling content tailored to platform and audience.
Coordinate and execute social media campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor trends and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and appropriate manner.
Generate ideas, create, and post content to different social media platforms.
Plan, create and adhere to content calendars.
Coordinate photography, asset development and video production appropriate for social media.
Assist with back-end trouble shooting on different platforms.
Assist with internal/field training support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, social media or other related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting.
Demonstrated ability to craft platform-specific content, especially for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Familiarity with brand voice, audience targeting and goal-based content planning.
Proficiency with video editing, photography, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
Strong writing skills with an eye for storytelling and engagement.
Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite) is a plus.
Ability to speak, write and understand English sufficiently for effective communication.
Understanding of protocol and office decorum.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
Self-motivated and high energy.

Nice to Have

Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
Experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting.
Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication.
