About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (and maybe the next big thing before anyone else finds it).
• Brainstorming and pitching fun, creative ideas that stand out.
• Helping plan and manage content calendars so everything flows smoothly.
• Tracking likes, shares, and all the numbers that show us what's working.
• Staying ahead of the curve on memes, trends, and hashtags.

Requirements

• A 3rd or 4th year college/university student with a focus on social media marketing, communications, or digital marketing OR someone with real-world social media experience and proven wins in managing and growing accounts.
• A creative storyteller with strong writing and communication skills.
• Someone who can turn ideas into posts, videos, or graphics (bonus points if you're handy with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video-editing apps).
• A trend-spotter who's always ready to try something new.
• A true expert in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, and other platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video-editing apps.

Qualifications

• Some college in social media marketing, communications, or digital marketing OR proven social media management experience.
