Social Media Intern - Summer 2026

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support content creation for residential social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms by developing captions, sourcing imagery, and scheduling posts for brands like Bali Blinds and Horizons.
• Assist with broader social content needs and compile, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Identify, source, and vet potential influencer partners who align with brand values and target audiences.
• Support contract execution and coordinate deliverables with influencer partners.
• Develop a strategic plan outlining recommended influencer partnerships for the 2027 calendar year.

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in a relevant function.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior level.
• Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media content creation and management.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Experience with influencer outreach and campaign coordination.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a 4-year degree, preferably at the Junior level.
