About the Role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Earth Yoga in Hillsborough, NC. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage the audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of social media marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design and upload 15 Instagram/Facebook posts per month
Assist and organize social media calendar
Create batch content for Reels in Hillsborough, NC
Use Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Linktree, ManyChat, Google Sheets
Work closely with assistant on event details
Automate story/comment replies
Collect emails in DMs, stories, posts
Batch ideas and create content for stories weekly
Engage and encourage followers to visit our studio for the first time
Increase visibility in the Triangle area
Funnel followers into memberships
Boost/advertise online

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content
Experience with public relations tactics to effectively manage brand reputation online
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing best practices is a plus
