About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in content creation and graphic design is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and social media advertising.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategy improvement.
