About the Role
This position will support the social media accounts and webpages for AU Honors, DC Community Impact Scholars, and AU Catalyst. It is a part-time role available only to enrolled American University students, providing an opportunity to build experience, grow skills, and contribute to the university community.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information, compose, and distribute the AU Honors newsletter.
- Assist in monitoring the e-mailboxes of the three programs and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in marketing and promotion of these programs, as well as assist with Admissions events.
Requirements
- Must be collaborative, reliable, and resourceful.
- Must be exceptionally well-organized.
- Able to function independently and effectively multitask.
- Possess sound judgment and professional demeanor.
- Take initiative under minimal supervision.

- Enrolled American University student.
