About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and post daily and weekly content across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
• Build and maintain a strong following by engaging with our audience, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction.
• Regularly update and manage content on our website to ensure it reflects our current offerings and promotions.
• Monitor social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, specifically for Managed IT services and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing content (experience with design tools is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tools.
