Social Media Operations Specialist (Hybrid Clark, NJ)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up/manage Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and YouTube Brand Accounts for client social media access.
• Develop and execute posting strategies across platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and create detailed client reports.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align content and campaign objectives.
• Document SOPs and train internal staff on account management best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, YouTube Brand Accounts, and social analytics tools.
• Experience in paid social campaign management and performance optimization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work hybrid in Clark, NJ (2-3 days/week onsite).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Workspace Admin, password managers, and workflow automation (Zapier, Make).
• Familiarity with law firm marketing is a plus.
