About the Role

Are you a creator, self-starter, driven to complete tasks? Are you candid with social media platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook, google, web pages, photo-shop and other creative platforms? If so, our Christian company seeks someone with these skills. This is an on-site Social Media Platform Coordinator position working directly with the leadership. The role involves developing social media strategies, creating content, monitoring channels, and engaging with followers, with a focus on brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts and improve content visibility.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and keyword research.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze web analytics data (Google Analytics) to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging video content.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on branding and storytelling.
  • Experience in photography to capture high-quality images for social media use.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
