About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and create short-form and long-form video content.
• Create GIFs and animations to enhance social media posts.
• Stay informed about social media trends and platform-native content creation best practices.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to develop engaging content strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proficiency editing with Adobe Creative Suite products (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with Capcut, Canva, and in-app social editing tools.
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-native content creation, especially for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strong visual eye and understanding of composition, lighting, angles, and photo clarity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Preferred two years of professional experience managing social media channels.
• Experience creating video content for social media platforms.
• Experience creating GIFs and animations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $52,000 - $55,000 per year.
