About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms, plan and execute branding and content creation activities.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and human resources-related tasks.
• Oversee and execute daily administrative tasks.
• Assist the General Manager in developing and maintaining dealer and vendor channels.
• Participate in client business negotiations and help foster cooperative relationships.
• Assist in executing sales and procurement processes, ensuring smooth transaction flow.
• Handle daily communication and documentation in both English and Mandarin, ensuring smooth cross-language communication.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (Green Card, Citizenship, or valid work visa).
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for daily work communication and document handling is required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
• Knowledge of motorcycles or interest in the motorcycle industry is a plus.
