Social Media Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic social media plans for all three hotels to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and schedule captivating content (video, photo, and written) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Film and edit short-form video content that brings each property's personality to life, including behind-the-scenes moments, guest experiences, and events
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build loyal digital communities
• Analyze platform metrics and audience trends to optimize content and drive performance
• Partner with marketing, sales, and events teams to support campaigns and drive bookings
• Manage paid promotions and boosted content to reach key target audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• At least 1 year of social media experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries
• Proven ability to create and edit dynamic video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for brand tone and visual cohesion
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
• Experience using social media management and analytics platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
