Social Media Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage unique social media strategies for each hotel to drive engagement and awareness
• Produce short-form videos and visual content that captures the energy of events, guest experiences, hotel amenities, and team culture
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Actively monitor and respond to audience engagement across all platforms
• Analyze post performance and audience insights to fine-tune content strategy
• Collaborate with hotel and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns
• Manage paid ads and boosted posts to reach targeted audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
• At least one year of hands-on social media experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle
• Demonstrated ability to film and edit engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Excellent writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple brands

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industries
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools

Qualifications
