About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at HEALTH + GLOW in Tampa, FL. The role involves developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce compelling content across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social platforms.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with followers in a timely manner.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations and e-commerce to align messaging.
Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
Utilize video editing skills to create engaging multimedia content for various platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in Google tools for analytics and reporting.
Strong proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
Experience in digital marketing practices including SEO/SEM.
Ability to conduct thorough research on relevant topics and trends.
Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
Video editing skills using Adobe or similar software is a plus.
