Social Media Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all social media platforms.
• Create and manage original, high-quality content (posts, graphics, reels, etc.).
• Design social graphics and visual assets consistent with brand guidelines.
• Optimize social media content for SEO and contribute to overall digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with content and web teams to align social strategy with SEO goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
• A/B test creative and targeting strategies to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign and platform performance using native analytics tools and Google Analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Suggest improvements based on data and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to social media.
• Proficiency in running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Graphic design experience (InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with social media trend analysis and content optimization.
