Social Media Specialist Part-Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and generate interest through posting on various social media platforms that are highly engaging and fun on a daily basis to attract sales leads and followers interaction that align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends in the automotive accessories industry by monitoring various platforms to ensure trend and brand consistency.
• Facilitate brand and company awareness through social media channels.
• Maintain online presence on Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and Google's company profile, reviews, update with new pictures, create ads, manage ad budget, and link profiles on Facebook, Messenger, IG, Link Bio, Website, and reviews.
• Create and present analytical reports monthly to demonstrate digital media performance and adjust strategies as appropriate.
• Respond to posts or follower inquiries and comments on all aspects of social media interaction.
• Create and manage company blog.
• Create a monthly newsletter to be posted and emailed to customers and followers.
• Maintain website content, photo gallery, website updates, changes, and post new vendor videos through WordPress.
• Identify new opportunities for engagement by brainstorming concepts and ideas, suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness.
• Interact with staff on projects for website redesign, video projects, and graphics for presentations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in all social media platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Adobe, Publisher, Google Suite, Canva, MailChimp, CRM systems.
• Understanding of Google Business.
• Experience creating content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with website management and updates.
• Knowledge of digital marketing campaign management and advertising budget management.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics.
