About the Role

We at Kelly® are seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist to work at a top pharmaceutical client out of Rochester, New York. This role involves monitoring social media, responding to inquiries, and handling product quality complaints in a supportive environment that values customer service and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and responding to comments across the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) via Sprout social tool.
Identifying and logging inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints using Sprout and Salesforce.com.
Responding to consumer emails.

Requirements

High School Diploma (required); college experience is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role.
Experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
Medical terminology knowledge.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Available to work on weekends.
Previous experience monitoring social media for a large company.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service and social media monitoring.
