Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to development and deployment of tracking systems, ensuring adherence to software compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain robust tracking systems, incorporating advanced state estimation techniques (e.g. Kalman/IMM filters).
  • Leverage advanced data fusion techniques to accurately track objects in dynamic environments.
  • Mentor junior tracking engineers on current tracking methodologies and best practices.
  • Perform in-depth geospatial analysis to uncover patterns and trends.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and requirements as required.
  • Document technical concepts, system architectures, and implementation details in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and deploying tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced state estimation techniques such as Kalman and IMM filters.
  • Proficiency in data fusion techniques for object tracking.
  • Ability to perform geospatial analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in documenting technical concepts and system architectures.
